So I walk with this one Van Heusen store every day on my way to or in the office. And, one day I noticed that they were showing really cute retro-50's style summer dresses within the window. I bought two cute ones.
The 2nd one - my personal favorite of the two - zipped up the side - I took it on holiday beside me. The very first time I tried to place it about the zipper broke. However: I had trashed the tag. Still had the receipt, though.
I took it back today. I was expecting that they would either make it difficult for me returning it or make me take store credit. But no. They unbelievably refunded my cash without them making a big fuss of it.
I did browse around for the similar dress; they didn't contain it anymore. I was of course sad but I guess I can’t complain any more considering they returned me my money.
